Delivery and Payment
1) How much does delivery cost?
We deliver to UK mainland addresses only that are covered by Royal Mail.
Standard Delivery - £4.00 per pack
2) How long do standard deliveries take?
Standard delivery takes 3-4 working days
3) What happens if I am out when delivery is attempted?
All orders will be delivered to the delivery address you have provided to us.
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail and will follow your usual local process if you are not in to take delivery of your package (typically collection from nearby depot).
We post items out in a format that will fit the majority of standard letterboxes.
4) What currency do you accept?
We can only accept GBP currency
5) What payment methods you accept?
We can accept payments by Visa, MasterCard or American Express
6) I've been given a voucher code; how do I use it?
Once you have added your products to your basket and ready to checkout, there is a voucher code box on the check out page for you to enter and validate your voucher code. Simply apply the voucher to your order and you will see this reflected in the order total
Returns and Refunds
1) What is your Returns policy?
Due to the nature of the product we ask that you contact us on the following number 01482 304 244 in the first instance within 28 days.
To return an item please;
Place the item in the original shipping envelope, or any other envelope that will adequately protect the product such as a padded envelope
Add a note explaining you would like to return the item.
Any questions, just use the contact us from on our site, be sure to include your order number
Address the envelope to the address below and pop a stamp on it and then take it to your nearest post office.

2) How and when do I get my refund?
You will be refunded directly back to the Payment card used for the original payment. You can expect the money to be refunded within 14 days from the point we have received the returned product.
